CHEF AT OWN HOME

This is work for CUOCOMAN your chef at your home.
“Your help in kitchen”


The purpose: the service “Chef at your house” gives whoever hasn’t time, the ability or simply to feel like to book, to receive at own home friends.

Mow many people: it is planned for a minimum of one person to a maximum of fifteen people. A romantic dinner, a meeting with colleagues with a rich buffet.
Then to wish to receive at dinner without any efforts.

Inspection: after a first phone contact, the chef at your house, make am inspection to choose a men with client, and to check all that’s need.

Staff: in case of particular events, with more guest, the chef at your house, he takes a water, but usually, he is himself to serve you, in this way he takes more care of guests.

Shopping food: the chef at your house, take care of the event: he does shopping and the day of the event (dinner) come to your house to prepare the choose menu.

Work’s clothes : the difference with a catering, consist especially of the way to show himself.
He doesn’t use jacket or glovers, but a modern and refined look.

Look: T-shirt, shirt and aprons, simply but with class.

For all people that frustrated by the daily stress, and they don’t want to cook, but they want to receive guest at dinner, or for people that don’t want to stay ni penne to park outside the restaurant, loving the good cooking. “ Chef at awn house” is the solution for your problems (troubles).
It is nice to invite particular friend, and you want to do a beautiful appearance, without minimum efforts, because the chef choose with the client and he makes an inspection in your kitchen to study the utilization and what utensils are available.
The day of the event he arrive with the food shopping ready to cook the selected menu.
Paolo loves the Sicilian traditional cooking, and also he like to invent (to create) simply.
Then, if you love the good Sicilian traditional cooking, don’t loose this occasion.


There are 3 kinds of Menù:


Basis Menu: Antipasto, First dishes, Second dish with vegetables, Dessert.


Menu medio: Rich Antipasto, First dishes, Second dish with vegetables, Dessert.


Menù Gold/Plus: Buffet antipasto, Two first dishes, Second dish with vegetables, Dessert, Wine.

Chef at home born for the request of lat of people, that tired of frenetic life and for the daily stress, prefer to find a good cooking on their, without minimum effort, only to taste Paolo’s Cianchino greedy dishes, without lounge queues, without problem to park etc. etc…..

ANTIPASTI


Bruschette al pomodoro.
Pachino e bufala o mozzarella.
Siciliano (Olive, Formaggio, Pomodori secchi, il salumiere).
Caponata di Melanzane al profumo di menta.
Il Siracusano (Insalata di mare, Alici marinate, Marinata di neonato e ).
Salmone alla rucola con scaglie di grana.
Mare e Monti (Gamberi in salsa rosament, Melanzane ripiene, Pecorino in piastra).
Il Goloso (Olive, Pomodori secchi, Funghi, Provola aff., Pecorino, Salsiccia, fantasia).
